The alert activity report can display categories of information regarding processing error, fatal, rejected and notification events. Select Reports > Alert activity report.
Select Reports > Alert activity report to open a page that lets you generate a report instantly.
You can use the default dates and times in the start and end date fields or select your own. To select a date, click a date field to open a date selector calendar. To select a time, type a time using the 24-hour clock standard.
Once the dates and times are set, click Update results to display statistics about generated transaction SLA and partner status alerts. Click Download results as a CSV text file to save the report in a comma-delimited value file. Or use the Print button to print the report.
